Ingredients
Talbinah: 100% whole grain barley flour.
Sunnah Mix: fig, date, coconut, black seed, walnut, mulberry, raspberry, raisin.

Allergens
Talbinah contains gluten (barley). Sunnah Mix contains nuts (walnut). Not suitable for people with a gluten allergy, coeliac disease or nut allergy.

How to use
Heat 250 ml milk, stir in 30 g Talbinah and simmer gently for 5–7 minutes. Sweeten with honey and top with a spoonful of Sunnah Mix.
