Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases at Talbinah.nl. Version: 4 October 2026. The version in force when you ordered continues to apply to that order.

2. Products and prices

Read the product composition, quantity, ingredients and allergens before buying. Talbinah contains barley (gluten); Sunnah Mix contains walnut. Consumer prices include VAT. Delivery charges are shown before completing your order. We discuss obvious mistakes with you; statutory rights remain unaffected.

3. Orders and payment

Check your order, contact details and delivery address before confirming. You receive an order confirmation. Available payment methods, amounts and conditions appear in checkout. Contact us if there is a problem.

4. Delivery

We dispatch within one working day. Expected delivery times and charges are on our shipping page and in checkout. Outside the EU we currently ship only to Switzerland, up to 2 kg. Swiss import charges are payable by the recipient. We inform you of delays or unavailable delivery and seek an appropriate solution. The risk of loss or damage remains with us until delivery to you or your designated recipient, subject to statutory exceptions.

5. Withdrawal and returns

You normally have 14 days after receipt to withdraw without a reason, then another 14 days to return the goods. Notify info@talbinah.nl. The model form is optional. Food is not automatically excluded. Statutory exceptions apply only when their conditions are met, for example rapidly deteriorating goods or certain sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal is broken.

Return address: Talbinah, Nicolaas Beetsstraat 360, 2951 XP Alblasserdam, Netherlands. You pay withdrawal return postage. Handle and pack goods carefully. Only legally permitted loss of value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection can be deducted.

6. Refunds

For a full withdrawal we refund the purchase amount and cheapest standard outbound delivery. Extra delivery-option charges are not refunded. Original delivery charges are not automatically refunded for partial returns. Refunds are made within 14 days of notification; we may wait for the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without extra costs.

7. Incorrect or faulty goods

You are entitled to goods conforming to the contract. Report problems promptly to info@talbinah.nl with an order number and photo if possible. Statutory rights are not limited to a 48-hour reporting period. We provide an appropriate solution free of charge for problems for which we are responsible.

8. Complaints

Email info@talbinah.nl. We acknowledge within two working days and aim to reply substantively within five working days; if more time is needed, we tell you when to expect a reply. If unresolved, you may use the competent court. Dutch law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.
