Withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the products back.

Email info@talbinah.nl with the products you wish to return and, if available, your order number. No reason is required. You may use the model form below.

Food products

Handle products carefully and return them in their original packaging where possible. A statutory exception may apply to goods that deteriorate rapidly or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal is broken. Food is not automatically excluded; the legal conditions must apply.

Return costs and address

You pay return postage when withdrawing. Return address: Talbinah, Nicolaas Beetsstraat 360, 2951 XP Alblasserdam, Netherlands. Contact info@talbinah.nl for instructions; our reply is not a condition for timely withdrawal. Keep proof of postage. We provide an appropriate solution free of charge for incorrect or damaged deliveries.

Refunds

For a full return, we refund the purchase amount and our cheapest standard delivery charge. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. Original delivery charges are not automatically refunded for partial returns.

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notification using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first. No refund fee applies. A legally permitted deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods.

Report damaged or incorrect goods as soon as possible, with your order number and a photo if possible. Your statutory rights do not depend on reporting within 48 hours.
